Project data is available in the following formats:
Images are arranged in image series associated with experiments. Experiments are associated with genes.
You can search for a gene symbol or name by typing it in the input box above the ISH Data window and clicking the "Gene Search" button. To browse for a gene, click ISH Data and choose the first letter in its name or "All Genes."
Select the desired gene from the list to view the list of experiments associated with it. You can select experiments and compare their thumbnails side by side, or click on an individual image series and click the link to "View all...images."
Download microarray data in text, Codelink, or Rosetta Resolver file formats. Choose a file format that is compatible with your preferred microarray analysis software.
Download difference grids and open them with Brain Explorer to view the difference in gene expression between conditions in 3-D. The grid files may be generated to evaluate individual experiments, or the averaged expression of replicates.
